Blogs are kinda’ like bellybuttons—everybody has one, but most people are not interested in anybody else’s! In addition to that naked and undeniable truth, there is another dreadful and obvious reality. Many blogs are nothing more than digital megaphones that enable individuals to display their ignorance, hate, and lack of ability to think objectively. It’s true. Anyone (regardless of his age, quality of biblical training, or wisdom) can jump up on an internet soapbox and assert “whatever” to a huge, biblically-illiterate, and gullible cyber audience. But in spite of this potential downside to our modern, digital communication, there is some really good stuff out there. So I've decided to throw my hat in the ring along with millions of others on this planet. I've done so because there just might be a few individuals among those millions who will benefit from the content that I pass along.

Even though my heart’s sincere desire is to carefully share truth in a kind manner, I know that sincerity is not enough. Therefore I encourage you to read the material posted here with great care. Exercise caution and discernment. Measure and evaluate everything on this blog by the inerrant Word of God.

Oh yes, just a couple more thoughts. First, I promise to never say: “If you love Jesus you will forward this to everyone on your mailing list.” Second, when I post information or articles from other websites, I am never (not even once) giving my blanket endorsement of all material, men, or ministries associated with those sites. So regardless of which blog or website you read, here’s the best advice I can give: Just take the fish n’ leave the bones. Happy reading!
